The Larry K12 mostly looks like an ordinary 10MCP spotlight:

But you'll realize that it really isn't, once you turn it on:

That spot on the left is the stock 10MCP high-beam.

This is the component list for my current LK12 build:

• Harbor Freight 10McP spotlight
• Three Titanium 8xSC 3600mAh RC packs in series
• A Sylvania/GE Q4559X 600W aircraft landing light
• A 25A blade fuse in a fuse holder
• A 12V/50A switch
• Time
• Effort
• Prayer

This setup supposedly has about 12,000 lumens of output. I have no way of verifying that, but I can tell you that it's really darn bright. If you want one, you can buy and assemble the components yourself, or you can contact me and I'll build you one.
